GuocoLeisure Limited represents the Group's investment in the hospitality and leisure business. Its primary listing is on the Singapore Stock Exchange and secondary listing on the New Zealand Exchange.

The Group owns/leases and/or manages and operates properties for its hotel business. It manages and operates the hotels in the UK and Malaysia through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Guoman Hotel Management (UK) Limited ("GHMUK") and Guoman Hotel Management (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd respectively ("GHMM").
